Support for what you're carrying

You don't need to have a diagnosis or a crisis to reach out. These are some of the areas we work in — but we meet each person where they are.

Anxiety

Racing thoughts, worry that won't quit, the constant pressure to hold it all together. We help you find steadiness again.

Depression

Feeling flat, disconnected, or like things that used to matter don't anymore. Therapy can help you find your way back.

Trauma

Past experiences can shape how safe the present feels. We work with trauma in a pace that respects your readiness.

Life Transitions

Career changes, relationship shifts, loss, becoming a parent, or simply wondering what comes next. You don't have to navigate it alone.

Women's Issues

Identity, body image, relationships, motherhood, perimenopause — experiences that deserve thoughtful, informed support.

Stress Management

Chronic stress wears you down quietly. We help you build real tools — not just coping strategies — so you can breathe again.

People worth knowing

Our therapists bring warmth, skill, and genuine presence to every session. Finding a good fit matters — that's why we encourage you to read a little about each of us first.

Collaborative You set the direction. We walk alongside.
Evidence-based Grounded in approaches that actually work.
Relational The connection matters as much as the technique.
Unhurried We don't rush what takes time to heal.

What therapy feels like here

From your first session, we want you to feel less alone. Not managed, not analyzed — just heard. We draw on evidence-based methods like CBT, EMDR, and mindfulness, but we lead with relationship first.

There's no pressure to have the right words or know what you need. We'll figure it out together.

More about our approach

Three steps to getting started

We've tried to make the path to your first session as simple and pressure-free as possible.

We'll schedule a quick 15-minute call to hear a little about what's going on and answer any questions you have — no commitment required.

3

If it feels like a good fit, we'll schedule your first full session. We go at your pace from day one.

Transparent about what this costs

We believe cost shouldn't be a barrier to care. We've done our best to keep our fees accessible and to work with a range of insurance plans.

Insurance benefits vary by provider and plan. We always encourage you to call us with questions — we'll help you understand your options before you commit to anything.

Ask About Your Insurance
Insurance Accepted

We are in-network with several major plans including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and others. Coverage and copays vary by plan.

Standard Session Fee

Our standard rate for individual therapy is $120–$160 per 50-minute session. Sliding scale slots are limited — ask about availability.

Superbills for Out-of-Network

We can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement if your plan offers it. We're happy to walk you through the process.

A note on insurance: Benefits, deductibles, and coverage differ between plans. We'll always do our best to help you understand your benefits before your first session. Questions are welcome — just ask.

What people often wonder

These are the questions we hear most often. If yours isn't here, just ask us directly.

You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like something important has shifted — that's reason enough. Our free consultation is a good way to find out if it might help.
The first session is mostly a conversation. Your therapist will ask about what brought you in and what you're hoping to get out of therapy. There's no pressure to share more than you're ready to.
Yes. We offer both in-person sessions at our Davenport office and secure telehealth sessions via video. Many clients mix both formats depending on their schedule.
Most clients start with weekly sessions and adjust from there. We'll talk about what makes sense for your goals and life — this isn't one-size-fits-all.
Yes. Everything you share is protected by strict confidentiality laws. There are a small number of legally required exceptions (such as imminent safety concerns), which your therapist will explain at the start.
Absolutely. Therapeutic fit matters enormously. If things don't feel right after a few sessions, we'll help you find someone who's a better match — within our practice or elsewhere.

Ready when you are

You've already done it by being here. We'd love to help you figure out if we're the right fit — no pressure, no obligation.
